Technical Partners
Adiahauyo Resources & Farms Limited has created a consortium of exceptionally strong technical partners and international investors for the proposed agricultural PPP with the Government of Nigeria.
The team intends to start rice production with a pilot on a 100 hectare area on 1.800 hectares of federal land in Edo Province. Output will be white and parboiled rice produced in a new rice production facility. With proof of concept further areas of land will be developed for rice and other agricultural production.
AfricaRice is made up of 28 sovereign countries in Africa and its Nigerian representative is the Hon. Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.
The Africa Rice Center (AfricaRice) is a pan-African Center of Excellence for rice research, development and capacity building. It contributes to reducing poverty, achieving food and nutrition security and improving livelihoods of farmers and other rice value-chain actors in Africa by increasing the productivity and profitability of rice-based agri-food systems, while ensuring the sustainability of natural resources.

Founded in 2001, Agricultural and Management Company Food and Commerce (AMC-FC) is a public limited company. It began its activities in August 2002 and obtained the approval of the State of Côte d’Ivoire for the treatment of imported rice sweepings representing port handling residues. At the time, this activity represented 80% of its operation, the other 20% were oriented towards the purchase and sale of local rice.
AMC-FC has been chosen as pole leader, with a view to piloting the rice-growing poles going from the south-eat to the centre-east.
The foundation develops mutual aid and general interest projects with a view to the development of the rural world.
The Famah foundation aims to help rice farmers and improve their working conditions.
IBERT iRCB is the culmination of commercialization skills and industry knowledge. Ibert uses husks (33% of the paddy rice) which is converted through a biomass process into energy generating electricity for the project and local communities. The technical partner for the biogas plant is IBERT the German/Austrian South African group with proven success in Africa.
The plan in Edo Province is to use the rice husks as biomass fuel for energy. Electricity from biomass will power the rice factory, supplying local villages and integrating any excess power into the local electricity supply. The husks (33% of the paddy rice) is converted through a biomass process into energy generating electricity for the project and local communities. The technical partner for the biogas plant is IBERT the German/Austrian South African group with proven success in Africa.
Off-grid base load energy supply technology from cellulose rich biomass Sustainable renewable offveritas groupgrid clean energy is a highly sought-after product but has traditionally required high value or “fresh” feedstock, making it a difficult and challenging activity.
RacBio from iRCB Biogas offers a unique opportunity to convert a large variety of freely available biomass into bio-methane, protein rich pelleted feed and liquid fertilizer. The system offers great flexibility with a containerized solution for biogas production.
Traditional biogas system requires large digesters to allow for extensive retention time. This leads to large capital investment in fixed assets and in-movable plant. Traditional systems also require high quality well manged feedstock as any change in the feedstock composition and quality will significantly affect the output of the biogas plant. Solution Looking to nature it can be noted that all ruminant animal (cows etc) consumes large quantities of cellulose rich materials. These materials are converted into protein, water and bio-methane gas in a very short space of time, hours rather than days or weeks by the animals. By back-engineering this process the various step can be isolated allowing bio-methane production and proteins rich material as by-product under very controlled conditions.
Rapid Cellulose Bioreactor or RaCBio (mechanical cow) is a technology specifically develop to achieve just that. Developed in Germany at Hannover University, 2013-16 and manufactured under licence from RusiTec in South Africa it offers reduced retention time, reduced capital spending, is capable of handling a very large selection of feedstock, is a much more controllable process, produces sulphur free biogas and is a by-product is a protein rich substrate and Nutrient rich water 3D design containerised RaCBio10-2.5.
Benefits include:
- No need for manures or high-quality feedstock • Produce sulphur free Bio-methane •
- Very short retention time due to selection and rapped conversion process •
- Produce protein rich slurry that can be used as an animal feed • Process water is a nutrient rich 100% organic liquid fertilizer containing phosphor, potassium, calcium and magnesium •
- Technology is containerised thus simplifying transportation and operations •
- Completely off-grid self-sufficient plant •
- Plant is movable from feedstock to feedstock increasing production cycle •
- Plant is modular and variable different size of generators can be connected in hybrid configuration producing biogas and electricity •
No permanent structure or fixed asset – total flexibility and security of ownership

Adiahauyo signed a technical co-operation agreement in August 2021 with PRAN, the largest processor of fruit and vegetables in Bangladesh. The head offices are located at Dhaka. PRAN’s management is trendy and able to be tailored to environmental cultural change. PRAN’s largest asset is its competent team of hands-on mangers dedicated employees.
PRAN’ stands for Program for Rural Advancement Nationally. PRAN GROUP was born in 1980. Since then, over the years, Pran has diversified its activities.
PRAN has shown the way of contract farming in Bangladesh for the first time and procures raw material directly from the farmers and processes through high-tech machinery at our several factories into hygienically packed food and drink products.
As PRAN is the largest contract manufacturer, it promotes contract farmers and helps them produce quality crops with increased yields and to obtain fair prices.
PRAN is the largest agro food processor and agro food exporter of Bangladesh. Bangladesh has an economy based on agriculture.

RIELA is one of the leading suppliers of large silo systems and also supplies the associated technology, including assembly and site support. All silos are statically tested and the silos have a galvanizing of 450 g / m³ vAll silo roofs can also be supplied with SOLANO coating.
Plastisol means that double-sided galvanizing plus primer on both sides plus SOLANO coating on the outside.
The function of a grain plant stands and falls with the conveyor technology and each investor should therefore very carefully check criteria such as quality, function, stability, safety and service and ultimately trust a partner who has proven his efficiency for over 35 years at home and abroad.
Bucket elevators ensure the gentle transport of grain or similar bulk goods, with minimum wear and minimal energy input. RIELA bucket elevators meet all the requirements of a modern and economical conveyor system.
RIELA®️ trough chain conveyors are excellent solutions for the horizontal and slightly rising transport of floury and free-flowing bulk goods such as grain or similar products.
The longevity of the conveyor belts is mainly characterized by the use of stainless steel strip racks and a supporting roller bearing made of stainless steel. The compact design of the drives is realized by space-saving drum motors with rubber lining.
Years of use of the conveyor belts in the areas of the processing and recycling industry, residual waste utilization, composting and in the glass, wood, paper, brick, gravel and sand processing industry distinguish us as a competent manufacturer.
